Exchange and return of goods

Are you afraid of buying goods over the Internet? With us you don't have to! If the goods do not suit you or you are not satisfied, you have the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days of receipt.

Here are a few rules that must be observed:

The goods must be in 100% condition and show no signs of damage or wear.

The goods must be in original and undamaged packaging.

If the customer does not comply with one of these simple rules, we reserve the right not to take back the goods or to pay only part of the financial compensation (depending on the extent of the damage). The customer pays the postage to us.

Never send the goods cash on delivery! The money will only be transferred to the customer's bank account.
