Reclamation of the goods

Are you afraid of possible complications when claiming your goods? Don't be! We resolve all complaints fairly, quickly and easily. We don't want to burden you with unnecessarily long forms and complicated conditions that are difficult to understand.

How do we handle complaints?

Contact us simply by e-mail: info@bestpyro.eu or at Phone: +420 775 760 500 and describe to us the problem or the problem. We are also interested in how you would like to handle the complaint (exchange or money back). To speed up communication, please provide your order number.
After we have approved your complaint, please return the goods with all manuals, instructions and guarantee certificates to the original packaging and pack everything properly. Now it is sufficient for us to send the preferred shipment to the following address: Vladimir Marciš - BestPyro, Dukelská 686, 739 61 Třinec. Never send us your shipment cash on delivery!
As soon as we receive the shipment, we will immediately check the defect. If the defect is recognized, we will immediately send you a new product or the money back.
By law, we have 30 days to process complaints. However, we resolve the majority of complaints to the customer's satisfaction within a few days. A possible transfer of money or reimbursement of the costs incurred during the complaint will only be sent to the customer's bank account.
